Snowflakes!

Russian photographer Andrew Osokin is a master of winter macro photography. His photo collection is  full of gorgeous super-close-up photographs. These impressive shots are photographs of individual snowflakes that have fallen upon the ground and are in the process of melting away. The shots are so detailed and so perfect that you might suspect them of being computer-generated. But they are real and just magically beautiful.

Inspired by the unbelievably beauty of individual snowflakes, I have been making thread crochet lace snowflakes and have listed some in the shop. Click on the word "Snowflakes" at the top of this post to see them :)
